I only allow changes or cancellations within the first 48 hours. Each piece takes so much work and love that once it’s made I send it to its home. No matter what. I allow returns only on undamaged unopened products within 30 days of receiving your items. I do not allow returns of pacifiers unless the package is completely unopened. I am not responsible for return postage unless previously talked about or there is fault on my end.
